When you place an order with Setas Eternal Living, we will send you a confirmation email. Due to the custom nature of our mycelium coffins, orders are processed once payment is received, and production begins shortly after. Please note that due to the growing process, shipping may take 4-6 weeks.

Our products are made to order, and while we strive to maintain stock, availability may change. In the event that we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you promptly and provide options for a refund or alternative solutions.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is in production. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance.
