Return & Exchange Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality, eco-friendly products. Due to the custom nature of our mycelium coffins, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and the coffin is in production. If there are any issues with your order upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve any concerns.
